So far so good!
I used this Fancii Nano steamer (the Rivo model) 4 times in the past 2 days, was so excited to have it. Thrilled I spent extra and opted for this model. Of course, last year I wanted a facial steamer so had ordered a cheap plastic one hoping that maybe it would work better than steaming my face over a pot of water. No luck. That cheap model was hopeless– steam way too hot, flimsy construction, and fear of it catching fire. Au contraire, the Fancii steamer is ten times better! Elegant, a comfortable steam , control over steam settings, and I do believe it is producing smaller particles of water. PROS: Attractive, compact (at least I think), holds an adequate amount of water, auto turnoff, does not “spit” water or leak, lots of programs/settings to choose, able to add essential oils. I was concerned I may need to drape a towel over my head but no, works fine without that. CONS: The on/off and navigation button area is confusing and non-intuitive unless you refer to the instruction manual first. That’s it, no other cons. Will update if things change.

WOW 5 STARSFancii! I ONLY Bought distilled water. I also only used water as running it through a small smell from factory im guessing but went away.Get a measuring cup fill it 3/4 full,that keeps it under the line. Plug in Fancii Lay your finger lightly in center, that turns it on. I even did it around my ears oh felt so good.after steaming face it turns off itself. Wiped my face put facemask on then when done with that did hot cold omg felt amazing. Think I might put fresh mint leaf with maybe lemon scent with it. Lots of Steam! Thank you age almost 66

So far, best steamer I’ve tried. Many levels of steam, and rotating nozzle. Difference of pores was noticeable immediately. Face never felt more comfortable, complete.

Too expensive based on quality
Not worth the money at all. The nozzle can’t not set straight, the auto rotate button is so easy to touch by accident, strong plastic smell( since it’s new, but for this kind money, has to be better quality).It doesn’t use too bad, but the cheaper ones most run these basic functions, too.

Very good but the buttons can be stubborn
I love this steamer so far. I have never bought one before and didn’t really know what to expect but so far I really like it. The buttons can be touchy sometimes where it takes them a few seconds to respond to touch, which I saw mention of that in other reviews, but other than that it works great. I haven’t used the basket yet. I put four stars only bcuz the buttons don’t respond sometimes when you touch them.

Control button is hard to get to work
This facial steamer machine is great once you can get the machine to turn on and get your desired setting. The power button is a touch sensor button. Unfortunately it takes a minute or more for the sensor to detect my finger and turn on. To go to the five or so different settings you need to tap the power button sensor. This co also can take two minutes to go from one setting to the next. This is very frustrating. I could only get the machine to the fourth setting only once. So I usually just accept the second setting which takes a few minutes to get to. Once on the setting, it’s a nice soft steam. Not time efficient with the sensor button issues, so I wouldn’t recommend this machine because of that.

It took me a while to buy this. I researched it for over a year. I finally bought it. I am glad I did. It works amazingly well and really does it’s job! Just get it, and use it.

Pricey, but it’s a good addition to skincare and health care.Recently recovering from a terrible chest infection – phlegm, congestion, sinus pain, and the rest, and needed something to help loosen mucous. I love the essential oil function – that’s a big reason why I bought this as well. I like to put a chamomile tea bag in that slot for a calming effect, and the steam helps with blocked nose. It also makes my skin glow. Haven’t tried with other additives like essential oils, but if it works as well with a dry tea bag, it will work amazing with whatever oil you can use.Gets real hot, which is a nice surprise. I like the other functions of going from hot and cold. Good machine.

A high quality steamer that is a welcome addition to my weekly skincare routine. Also has multiple modes that alternate between hot and cold steam which gives a nice spa feel when using. A bit pricey but worth it on sale.

I love this facial steamer! I’ve used several types of steamers in the past and they were alright but this one out-performs them all. My face has never felt so soft, moisturized and healthy! I love the fact that you can use it with aromatherapy oils.I noticed a previous review that stated the unit could not be shut off during a treatment without having to cycle through all the treatment programs. I found out that you actually can shut it off by pressing and holding down the power button for about 5 seconds.I have bought many other products from Fancii and have never been disappointed. They also have fantastic customer service.

I have had this for a while now and I am happy with it, but it is not cheap, so what are you paying for.There are 6 settings and surprisingly I use most of them all the time.One of the most unusual uses is or filling my bedroom with a lavender scent to help me sleep.I absolutely love the compartment at the top, I add cotton wool and a few drops of oil, works perfectly both for facials and aromatherapy without any cleaning required and quickly changing from one to the other.The cold setting came in very useful when I had a stress rash and the hot cold mix actually feels like your pores / skin is being exercised. I am not sure it really is doing that, but the feeling is nice.The rotating steam eye is fabulous and it is even better for aromatherapy. I do not have to move my face around and it does not get to hot.I use only distilled water and it works with no problems with this steamer in what must be at least a year now. I believe that you can descale, but I am pretty sure distilled water is Bette for your face!To me this is worth the addtional expense because it does more for me than a basic steamer. As I said I use the settings are nice features to have and when my eyes were irritated and swollen the cold setting was really fortunate to have, but I could have bought an eye mask for the freezer. However, I do not think I would buy a streamer without the rotation or one without a compartment / basket that I can add cotton wool for my oils, those are the real features worth extra for me.

Product is fantastic. The 6 different settings with warm steam and cooling mist is a feature I never thought I would care about but I can see myself using all of, and not mention each setting has its own timer ranging from 4-30 minutes. I mainly purchased it for the 360° nozzle so I wouldn’t have to move the machine or my head so I can steam in peace. P.S the steam is NOT BURNING HOT. No spits or sputters which honestly terrified me about some of the other more popular brands. Its smooth, comfortable, stylish, high quality and I should be getting paid for this review cause I love it. Used it twice today against reccomendations because I wanted to try everything. Its a pleasure to use, which is important for me. Now i’m off to find out if steaming really does decongest pores and give a healthy glow after regular use. This is the one you want!P.S Giving it 4 stars because I just got it today and obviously know nothing about the longevity of this machine, but it feels like its going to last as long as I take good care of it.
