Got my period back
If you’re an Arbonne girly the strawberry kiwi kinda tastes like the yummy skin elixir or mind health packet. I personally love the taste of this and had to stop myself from drinking 2 a day lol. I think it’s worth noting that I am 9 months postpartum and have had a hard time getting my cycle regulated. After a couple weeks drinking this I got my period and my mood was better. Overall I loved it. For the price tag, I really wish it was a month supply. Only con for me. Can’t afford buying this twice a month.

What salt?
I’ve only been drinking this for a few days but I really like it! I was nervous because so many reviews said it was salty. I have drank many liquid IVs and hydration drinks of that nature in the past and those are salty- this drink is not anywhere near as salty as those. I don’t even really taste any salt. It tastes like strawberry kiwi. I can’t really attest to any other claims because it’s only been a few days but I feel like I am calmer so hopefully my cortisol is going down and that’s positive too. It’s been my lunch time drink and I’m enjoying it 🙂

Good flavor, only slight metallic taste at the end of the bottle. Better mood and energy, prevents mid afternoon crash. Individual packets great for on the go. No bloating.

Salty Taste
I wanted to like this. But it’s like fruit taste with salt on top. I can’t drink it. And I can’t return it. If you like salty taste. Then this is for you. I’ll see if I can gift it. But a little disappointed because it wasn’t cheap and I’m now stuck with it.

It tastes so salty, like a hydration packet and that’s not what I thought it would be like since it doesn’t say that. Can’t even drink 1 packet! Total waste of money!

Love it!
I have terrible PMDD with horrible mood swings for about the whole week prior to my period starting. I have only been taking this supplement daily for about three weeks and I experienced 0 premenstrual symptoms. No depression, no sadness or frustration. Nothing in the past has worked but this REALLY worked.
