Great for larger body sizes!
This is a sturdy contraption that can handle my thunder thighs just fine and was really easy to use. I’ve only used it once but I combined advice from other users and I think it will work great for me: 1. Use after a hot shower 2. Use with anti-cellulite oil (i amplified mine with ginger, cypress, and lemongrass E.O.) 3. Use for at least 2 minutes per area daily if possible 4. Drink lots of water. I lost 120lbs many years ago and gained back 20 lbs that seems to have settled as cellulite and exercise doesn’t touch it. Glad that it breaks down because the opening is too large for arms and is easier for use on glutes this way as well. Bonus: using on the midsection and abdomen seemed to help with bloating as well.

Don’t buy won’t last… no guarantee after 30 days!
Product was great until the hinge separated. Contacted the seller because it was alimony 2 months since I purchased it and they basically said it’s after the 30 day return window so there is nothing they are going to do but they will send it to their development team. Really??? I didn’t use it but maybe 3 times a week and for less than a minute each time. So if you think you are buy something that will last you. You are wrong.

Must have for cellulite and sore muscles
This is a great product not just for getting rid of cellulite, it also can be used for sore muscles. I’ve used it not for a month and it’s helped get rid of the unwanted cellulite in my thighs and arms. It has also helped with sore muscles from working out. It isn’t hard to use at all. The effectiveness is great, ease of use is simple, helped firm at the areas I want, and massages sore muscles. This tool is a must have for getting rid of cellulite!

Cheap and fell apart after 3 uses.
So … as always I wanted to love this. I’ve struggle with self care and though that this might help me do better paying attention to my body. A nice gentle massage of sorts that maybe promotes drainage or at the very least proper flow.It arrives in a clean never opened state (which if I am being honest is refreshing as I feel I have been receiving items returned by others as of late). I used it on my legs and then my arms all of three times for maybe 5 mins and today as I was using it quite literally split in two.There is a screw that holds the two halves together – that I am unable to screw back in and probably shouldn’t have been able to just fall out of its thread. For reference I am a size 8 so it was not as though I was over extending it when I rolled my legs.Just disappointing once again. Hopefully if you order it – it doesn’t break.

If you had surgery and you have lumps or swelling
I absolute love this! I love this so much I took it to work and demonstrated the product to my colleagues, and guess what 4 we’re purchased. Anywho, this product is great for really sore muscles neck arms legs, but what I really like is how it detaches and when I used it on my stomach to remove swelling from a surgery and I couldn’t believe my EYES the swelling went down almost immediately I really love this item. I thought my belly was going to stay like a pouch but it made it flat. Love love love it.

Leaves Painful Bruises
I used this as directed, with moderate pressure, and it left dark, painful bruises all over my thighs. The bumps are way too aggressive for cellulite massage. It’s not a “deep tissue” tool, it’s just a bruise-maker. I had to stop using it after two sessions because the marks lasted over a week. Unacceptable and harmful.
